Hey can anyone help please. I have my mother in law in tomorrow and she has decided she wants to go more ashy. Her hair hasn't been coloured in over 4 months it has gone a horrible yellow blonde with no dimension. Can anyone give me any advice on what I can use please to achieve this. I'll add a picture of her hair now and what she's hoping for. I normally use wella so if I can stay with the brand that would be amazing. Thank you x

I would do a full head head of highlights with blondor maximum of 6%. Apply a root tint of illumina 7/81 + 6/19 and then apply 7/81 +8/69 with pastel through the m.l.e. If you need to tne the highlights opt for colour touch 10/6 :)
