Help! Toner wont shift from natural grey

Hi, I have a client who is natural grey and wanted a deep grey toner on to try.
Well I messed up I think. Instead or mixing it with 1.8% I chose 3% thinking it won't go as dark
It now won't budge. Any advice on how to removed it please

When you said it won't budge what have you tried. Also what toner did you use?

Hey thanks for replying. It has literally grabbed like a colour. It washed up just horrible, i done a clarifying shampoo, nothing, still there. It's a new brand I've started using, quif magi colour. I bleached bathed it tonight and retoned, still not happy because now I'm going to fighting against the yellow/orange. Totally gutted.
