My cousins friend's 16th is in january and shes asked me if i could create a beauty party for them. i think it is a good idea and extra income, so i said yes, but this one will be my 1st,beacuse my salons too small to do all 10 of her friends at her house. She wants mini manicure, false lashes and makeup on each of the 10girls including her, now, i dont really hav any idea what to charge for each girl for those treatments and do i add on a party expense cost on top?-ie to cover my travel cost, products, time etc. not sure how long all that would take me although my friend say she wil help as she is qualified in beauty also. and do u think i shud throw in extras, ie vouchers for my salon, mini product samples????? PLEASE HELP lol ideas and answers to all these questions fully appreciated!! got to give a price per girl and total next week!

*sorry meant to put because my salons too small to do all 10 of them i said id do them at her house!!!

£10-£12 per person.

Product samples could be a waste on girl's that age..
What about a birthday cake from the shopping centre or buy the pink chocolate fondue for £10 from argos a bar or 2 of galaxy(check how it melts before the night did it once and it turned to crumbles!Lol)
bag of marshmallows all done!!

do u not thnk i should charge anything on top of the £10-12 per person to cover my costs? and i dont have a mobile manicure table just the one in my salon, how wud i get around that?! lol

i would come up with a list of treatments that would take u around 5 min each if each girl is wanting a few. theres 10 girls to get round. let each girl choose a couple each because you can guarantee that on the day 1 wont want what the birthday girl as chose.
aswel at 16 they will want to be treated like grown ups so i think the choc and marshmellows are a good idea a poss some non-alcoholic champas!!!!
as for pricing that would depend if you are offering treats and how far you live but yeah i would put this in the total. when i did my sisters, my mum gave me £14 per head

ye thats a gd idea thanx £14 per head shud cover it. ye i was thinking they all wouldnt want the same. and i would have to do a patch test on all of them for the eyelash glue wudnt i?!dnt know how id get round that 1?!x

why not offer alternatives, mini mani and pedi, facial cleanse, make up, nail art. id stear clear of anything that you need to do a patch test with
