Help with Additives/pigments

Hi all,

Sorry to sounds stupid, but are additives powders that you add to your gel??? If so, please could you tell me how you would use them?

Also, does anyone know if the Gelish design course shows you howt o use them?

I've only ever used my additives & glitters on the sticky layer once the colour coat/coats have been cured, with Shellac.

I know you can add them to acrylic powder to custom make a colour but not sure if you can do the same with hard gels - not my area.

Don't know anything about Gelish either - sorry. Maybe someone else can help with that.
