Help with hair up

Hi guys just after some all round good techniques and tips for hair up. Anyone have any good tutorials which really dumbs it down lol hair ups seem to be my down fall

Can just search on YouTube that's how I developed my skills. Hair ups used to be my weakness but now they're my strongest skill! Helps to practice on a mannequin head too xx

Iv got lilith moon on youtube buy she does alot of it on herself so can't always see what she's doing, yh been practicing on my block but it just ends up look a mess lol xx

Give your block a good trim get those ratty ends off, give it a blowdry with quality products and try again... Back combing & smoothing are the foundations of hair up, get really good at that and the rest will fall into place

A bit sad but when I was really young I had his videos I used to do the styles over and over lol, his styles are quite old fashioned to look at now I think but all the foundations are there he's the reason I can hide a clip so well lol

Don't practice on a block. Get friends in and practice on real people!
