Hive Portable trolley & steamer

I am trying to invest in a portable trolley which is suitable for mobile use and i found this one Lightweight Product Trolley at Hive of Beauty LTD but was wondering with the bar across the top, can you fit a portable steamer on the top shelf?

Just wondering if anyone has either of these and how you found them?
