This is my first ever post here on salon geek and I hope you can help.
I am new to beauty and I am trying to weight up where I want to base my work. I love the idea of a cabin in the garden but can't really afford the costs involved. I like the idea of working from home and having a permanent base that I can make my salon. However, I am unsure about bringing customers into my home where my children are, and upstairs to the spare room. In terms of mobile therapy, I worry again about security and my safety.
What has been your experience, and can anyone offer any advice please?
