Hi ladies
Apologies, as I am aware this kind of question has been asked many times before but I can't find the answer....
So basically I am wanting to set up a beauty room at home, I rang stoke-on-trent council a couple of months back & was told paperwork would follow, heard nothing.
I have emailed twice since with no responses.
My question is, has anybody else experienced difficulties in getting an answer? & does anyone have any advice on a specific department to speak to??
