I know everyone will be rolling eyes but please help me out!
Stuck on question about clients rights, what are they?
Now i cant find any specific info on this BUT going on commen sense:
1) right to a professional treatment by a trained and insured thereapist
2) right to client confidentiality (as per data protection act)
3) right to a treatment in a clean and safe environment (as per health and safety act)
BUT have i got the wrong end of the stick and is there actually a legal answer to the question. A simply yes or no will do and if yes i'll have to try harder! (i really have though!)
