I brought this from eBay. But doesn't seem to warm towels. I have a small beauty room so wanted something compact that did both. Put a damp flannel in and switch on but the flannel just stayed damp and cold. Has anyone else have the same model? I have contacted seller but no reply as yet and the instructions says nothing about towel warming!
