Hot water/sink when no water supply

I'm thinking back to when I used to work at the beauty exhibitions and we were given sinks with hot water for the stands...I want a sink in a treatment room that's too difficult to get a piped water supply. Does anyone know where I can get one and if it's bottled water etc...how the waste gets taken away, basically any info please.
