I don't know how far you are from the Lake District, but there is a place called The Cranleigh. Has lots of different style rooms and it has rooms with hit tubs and all sorts! It's not the cheapest of places but looks amazing! It's in Bowness on Windermere which is a gorgeous little village right on the lake! I've been there a few times and love it.

We stayed here the night if our wedding. It's changed hands now but they've kept the hit tubs.

I really wanna at taporley castle . It looks amazing. The life house in clacton on sea is amazing my friend works there . Not sure about the hot tube in the room though x

Gads townhouse in Durham city has a few rooms with saunas nd hot tubs, bit more luxurious than the log cabin route although some of them are quite glamorous x

Popinjay inn looks really nice thank you that's about 4 hours from me so that's not to bad
