What is the normal hourly rate / wage for an experienced senior level 3 beauty therapist? Does it depend on the area they are from too?

Generally in the south of England wages are higher than the north - I can only go on northern wages, £7.50 p hr plus commission 10% of sales in smaller salons approx x
