Please can someone help me?? How much is the average hourly rate for a qualified nail technician employed at a salon?? And also what is the average percentage split for a self employed nail technician if the salon is providing products?? Thanks in advance.

I live in the states. The split is 6/4 when the salon provides. But I think salary should be $15/hr and split whatever goes past the daily hrly rate.
