How can I earn more?

Hi guys!
I've recently moved and am starting back at the bottom trying to build clients so I can get commission. Money is tight with me only earning basic

I do hair and extensions outside of work and my salon is fine with this.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get more freelance work or ways to promote yourself?

There are a ton of ways to do this! One great way is a a Haircut Free For Life raffle. When people come in to see you, enter them in the raffle, and get them to tel their friends. They have to come in and get a service with you in order to enter. Run it for however long you want, Ive seen ppl do it from 1 month to 6 months. With the guests you already have, pound the good ones for referrals. Give them an incentive to do so. We do a refer a friend, you get $20 off any service, they get $20. Also upsale your current guests. Conditioning treatments, Olaplex treatments, etc. Hope this helps!
