How do enable cookies??????? Help!

How do i enable cookies? My computers telling me to enable them but i don't know how to.

On internet explorer go to tools, click on 'internet options' click on 'privacy' and adjust your setting to low/medium. This should enable cookies. If not use the 'help' screen when on internet explorer and search for 'cookies'. Hope this helps x
