How do I create 3d nails?

I have seen pictures of Amy Childs from TOWIE and wondered if anyone can tell me how the bows are made on her nails?
They are 3D??

I have searched the internet looking to buy them already made and they are out there, but reading the forums other nail techs are creating them themselves.

I've looked to find a pic, but only found 'inspired by' ones. These are created by applying a bead of acrylic to one side and very lightly tap the bow into shape. The crease is created by pushing the tip of the brush down into the bead, then refine the edges again. Repeat on the other side to create the second bit of the bow. You can either sculpt another bit of acrylic for the centre, or place a diamante.
