How do you break down stock costs?

I feel I am busier and paperwork getting more looking for suggestions to break down costs for stock ie wax tan nails lashes etc so I can easily see monthly totals ?all suggestion appreciated thanks

Don't really understand, do you mean how much of each product you have? Spreadsheet to count it in when you buy and remove when you finish a pack/product?
