How do you keep rhinestones on?

everyone must admit. rhinestones are a pain to stay on.

i have used young nails glue and young nails uv top coat as an anchor but they still seem to pop off!!!!

also when u put uv top coat over and around the rhinestone, its takes the shine out of them.

I use acrylic enhancments. anyone got any tips to keep them on and staying on.
