Your time sounds good for a newly qualified tech, keep practising and your time will come down but don't fret, just enjoy the learning experience and keep posting.

I think that as you have only just qualified, your boss should be more interesed in QUALITY than QTY.
I know she has a salon to run but she obviously knew that you were getting qualified. And have not got years of experience when she took you on.
Practice and patience will make her a better Nail Tech employee.
Besides not EVERY job is gonna take the same time.
Well done for qualifying.

Yes I would like to speed up a lttle in the near future for my l & p although I was quite proud of myself when I did some gels that took me an hour and half!!!!!

hi, i think you are right about each client taking different times and sometimes I do chat! it can be hard to time myself properly when im alone in the salon doing nails as the phone rings etc
