How much to charge for rent a space to MUA?

Hi there - I have a small salon and will be having an MUA freelance here on Saturdays only..

How much do I charge her for using my space/brand/access to my clients/software etc..

We have 2 threading chairs that are great for MUA but occasionally they are both in use so the MUA would maybe need to use another little area but just as nice.

Do I charge per day/month/treatment?
Want to be fair but make it worth my while!
