How much to rent a chair in a salon???

hi all i have been asked if i want to work self employed as a nail technician. i have some reservations as the weekly charge is £85 but i am bringing my own station and products etc. iwill be included on some advertising but i have to pay for all my stock myself, etc. the £85 has to be paid whether i earn or not........... i am just asking if this is ok does it sound reasonable or do i need to negotiate???
