How to find forum message

Hello everyone,
I have been registered now only for a few weeks and still new, could someone please tell me how i can easily find a thread I have posted on a forum without scrollign through them all? Is there an easier way by looking in my account? I have searched my account but can not seem to find a way apart from scrolling through eveyones thread. Thanks a lot.

If you go to your profile page hun, click on statistics at the top,
Yous should see there an option to see all of your own posts or threads...
Same if you want to veiw some one elses xxxx
