How to get the best opaque colour for dark skin

I've tried so many concoctions now with nsi's purely pink masque and different tech nail colours that I'm going insane. I Don't think anything I've come up with is right, they all ether seem to be to pale or to see through. Do any of you guys have your own recipe (I'm not asking for it I just want to know if one is actuly achievable) how did you get to it?

Ditto! Its one of my biggest problems at the moment.

Young Nails do 2 new cover powders, they are completely opaque, no clouding or see through issues, one is cover pink for the majority of skin tones and a peach version for darker skin tones. Hth x
