How to not push people away?

How do you do it when you're feeling at rock bottom and take it out on those closest? Majorly struggling

It's hard not to take things out on your closest and dearest, all you can do us try your best not to, and hope they understand, talk about how your feeling so it doesn't get bottled up, hope your ok

I struggle with this too.....wish that they were mind readers but you have to open up to them and they'll understand x hugs x
