I can't get through to Tibby Olivier

I've been on the website to get some more shrinking violet, and it does say that they are having problems in taking payment through the website because of the name change.
Problem is, I need this solution before Saturday and I just can't get through on the phone. Ive tried all day and its engaged constantly. Is there a problem with the phone line too? Or are they choca block busy.
