I need Help with Ebay Pls!!

I am trying to put some items on Ebay to sell, which I have done Before, but not for a while! I have come across two problems.

1- I now have to have a PayPal account to sell on there - didnt have to last time I sold items on there.
Thats Fine, I have set one up but can't start selling till I have confirmed the two amounts paid into my account by them - which they have not done yet (if that makes sense to anyone) How long does that take?

2- How on earth do I get my Description of the item I'm selling to be central and go to new paragraphs after each part. I have written it out like that and when I go to preview, its just all in one block with no paragraphs and is hard to read?!!!

Hi, I am an ebay addict, The paypal amounts should appear in about 4-7 days, if you internet bank you can get them quicker than waiting for a statement. if you want any help pm me. Claire x

depends on your bank as to how long it takes to clear but its usually between 3-5 working days, if you know how long a cheque takes to clear in your account its the same amount of time.

Not sure of the answer to your second question without seeing it sorry!

Yeah I do online banking and keep checking it, but not gone in yet. So once I confirm the amounts gone in, I can then start selling again, is that right?

It's really bugging me about not being able to get the description to layout properly. Ive tried everything.......?

Once you have received the amounts into your bank then you go to paypal and enter them, this is done to try and prevent too much fraud and stuff but yes once you are confirmed on paypal you can use it. The layout is not a problem, if you are typing it into the box after you have clicked sell then you need to make sure you are in the standard mode, not the html these are at the top of that box, you can then type in your information, highlight what you want to move/change and align it with the control buttons at the top of the box you can also change your font, colour that kind of thing, if you have any probs pm me. I'm sure you can start selling straight away. The two amounts they pay into your bank account are just to get you 'verified'. I'm not verified with paypal as I haven't linked my bank account with them and I can sell with no problems. Not sure about why you can't centre your description though...I've never come across that before. I hope you get it sorted :hug:
