I want to set up on my own

Im 24 years old and I have 4 years experience in a west end salon (London), with a VIP clientele... I am qualified in many areas of beauty therapy. Unfortunately I cannot take any of my current clientele with me as they are very loyal to the owner. I have a about 10 clients of which are family members who would possibly come with me.

I was thinking about renting a beauty room in a hairdresssers, gym, etc... but im not sure how to go about it.

Would really appreciate any advice on what costs to consider and whether there are any other things I need to consider
