IBX prevents white spots?

ibx supposed to prevent white spots right?

Then why would my client that's using ibx with shellac her first time get so many and her nails r very dry now after a few shellac n ibx applications.?

What could I possibly be doing wrong?

She needs to apply solar oil daily, that will prevent dehydration. Is she doing that?

You should examine your technique to make sure you're doing the removal properly

I would make sure you are soaking her Shellac long enough----when using IBX always make sure you use Repair first then IBX. Repair is the product that will protect the nail from the white spots happening-as long as the removal is being done properly.
