Hi geeks

I have purchased IBX but have not yet used it as I didn't have a heat lamp and couldn't faff around with a hairdryer.

I do have however, the old model of the Minx Lamp (the white long arm'd one).
It is still used weekly for applying Minx. It has the large Infared Bulb.

Can anyone tell me if this will work?

Your help will be much appreciated.

Many Thanks

You can use any bulb that emits a heat source, not too hot, but just warms up hands to allow IBX to penetrate. Lots of techs use their overhead light.

Linda Buffet has said that too hot will evaporate the IBX.

I don't know what the minx lamp looks like, but if it's too hot put it further away from hands. HTH x

Yes ,this is the lamp I use :Kissing:

You can use your MINX lamp for sure, but as said ... Not too hot. Just warm ... which is easy to adjust with the Minx lamp. I have always used it. :)

Great, thank you x :p

Hey you can also use the recommended lamp that Louella Belle offers its only £19,95 I use it and It is really flexible on the desk for clients to be comfortable too!
