My blondes never go this light guessing there’s a filter applied to but

The closest you'll get to that is probably lifting the hair to a pure level 10 and then toning with Koleston perfect 10/16. Or Colour Touch 10/6 + tiny bit if 10/8. Or something like fudge whiter shade of pale.

Perfect thank you I use L’Oréal and nothing ever seems to have as icy of a tone xx
