If you had to do your hair extension training again, what method and why?

I find this site invaluable for advice and I would really love it if the experienced hair extensionists on this forum would answer the following question for me please?

If you had to do your training again what methods would you chose and why?

I would go for Micro rings, Micro Loops and LA WEAVE because they are easy to learn, fast install with good customer feedback. I would not do single strand by strand fusion as years ago it took many hours to apply. Hope this helps x

La weave or micro weft
Prebonded
Micro rings
Tape extensions also

LA weave/ micro weft are super fast and instant length/thickness.

Prebonded for finer hair and suits most

Micro rings for normal/thick hair for clients who don't want prebonded

Tape extensions for finer hair - again a really fast method but requires more maintenance.
