Just a quickie guys Igora 10-4 covering old bleach and tint is it 9% peroxide ...having a blonde moment :o

Do you want to cover bleach with 10/4?
10/4 in Igora is a hi-lift so it won't cover. If you are looking to tone down the bleach then you would be using your 9.5 range with 3%. What colour on the shade chart are you looking to achieve?

Thanks for quick reply she wants the light blonde and dark blonde look all i have in is igora 9-4 we are trying to avoid bleach but have decided on 9-4 with 6% a dark blonde alternate foils and at the end go through the parting line with bleach with 3% ....ahhh i dislike white and grey hair
