In house training!

If one therapist goes and trains in a new area, intimate waxing for example, then comes back and trains everyone else in salon, is everybody else actually qualified for the treatment and therefore covered by insurance or does everybody need to do a course to gain the certificate?

I wouldn't of thought so no.
The person that went done the training isn't a qualified trainer I am guessing? and no certificates so yeah. I would say probably not.

Absolutely not! This is common practice, unfortunately, with a lot of salons but the therapist who has been trained is not qualified to teach the subject just to do the treatment.:wink2:

Thank you, that's what I thought just wanted to double check as I know it happens a lot in salons.
