Hi

I have just ordered my first batch of callus peel and am in the process of writing up my prices/services.

I will be offering this as a stand alone treatment as well as being incorporated into the pedicure.. My question is how, of you who do this, do you do this :) ???

Would you do the callus peel first, then start your pedi soak, cuticle, exfoliate and so on? I ve read on a couple of threads that you can t soak the feet before applying the peel.

Thing is that I like to have soaked the feet b4 hand just to eliminate any pongs iykwim!!

Just wondered how everyone else does it ?

Thanks

Hi hun sorry i cant help with your question but is can you tell me some info about the callus peel product the maker etc cost to take it on?

Cheers xx

Hello,
I use callus eliminator by Be Natural, but I am sure they are pretty similar. I let them soak and soften for about 5 minutes before I get started. After clipping, filing, and working on the cuticles I put the callus eliminator on and cover with a small piece of saran wrap and I have them sit with that on while I work on the right foot. I do the same to the right foot, and let the callus eliminator sit while I pumice, etc on the left foot.
Hope that helps.
I hope I posted this correctly.....it is my first reply:)

Hi I have got Callus peels that I got from the beauty exhibition but I only use them if my clients feet are really bad. Some times I will offer the treatment before I start painting if i'm not happy with the way her feet feel. Other times i'll just use a peel and not my jessica masque as i'm not sure if they will work together, i don't want my clients having a reaction to it.
I suppose you will just have to find out the best way to suit you as when i had the demo done she didn't use water at all, just peel, scrape, file and cream.
Sorry for not being very helpful.

thanks guys two companies to look into do they do training xx

I've been using it in my pedicures for over a year. It is a really good product. I don't use it on everyone only on people who really need it at a additional charge. I use it in my normal pedicure routine after i have used the rasp, and then again after i have used the callus peel i use the rasp again and then a foot scrub over the whole foot. Makes my clients feet silky soft!

Hi, we use the callus peel kits as a stand alone treatment. It is my understanding after speaking to a rep at a show, that it isnt advisable to pre soak due to the strength of the product. If this is wrong then I will stand corrected. So I personally would look at applying the callus peel patches and wraping before trimming and filling the nails. remove the patch scape and file then do a bit of a soak light exfoliate, massage etc.
