Hi geeks I start my Indian head massage on Tuesday, really excited as i only found out just now!

Do you guys have any good tips for me?

 xxx

yes, buy the helen mcguiness book as it has everything you would need to know about the subject.

helen mcguiness writes text books for NVQ3 courses in colleges and quite often is the set book for the course.

its called Helen Mcguiness Indian head massage. I've got the original and the latest one as she's included work on marma points which she didn't in the original.

Oh brill thats really handy to know because i do have to buy my own.
Thanks hun xxxx

I second the Helen McGuiness book. The Indian head massage routine is not complicated. My tutor went into quite a bit of depth about the Marma points, chakras etc.. It is up to you what you want to take from it all. Enjoy the experince of giving and receiving IHM. x
