infills french tips??

Hi fellow geeks,
As you may know (cause im always asking questions!) i am doing a home gel nails course and want to know how you would do a rebalance if you have used french tips ? when the smile line moves up what do you do as you cant apply a new tip ! when i do acrylics i paint the white myself so have no need of french tips, and i just lower the smile line with matching white acrylic but how do you do a french tip ??? am i been dim??

you use a white gel to replace the smile line and go over the tip and then carry on with your pink/clear gel.

ok pretty much the same as acrylic then !! THANK YOU i better invest in white gel before im let loose on clients then !! :lol:
