Hi, i am thinking of setting up at home doing few treatments ie: tanning, nails, eye treatments, wondered if anyone could give info on health & safety , if i need licence etc to work from home. all advice would be great . thanx:confused:

You need to speak to your local authority about this as it varies from area to area

When I phoned my local council I was told that unless I have a lot of clients in a day (more than 3 or 4) then I don't need to inform anyone. Even though I'm not being checked by anyone I adhere to Habia guide lines and risk assess for my clients safety and my own sanity:).
