INK nails and insurance

Hello, I am insured with ABT and after I sent them a query today they have told me they won't insure me to use INK gel products as I haven't completed the INK course which isn't set up yet. I did a level 2 manicure and pedicure course and also a gelcolor conversion course for OPI. Application of INK products is almost identical to OPI. Does anybody know if I will get a refund if I change insurers? Has anybody else had this problem? TIA x

When I emailed ABT I was told you were insured for the method, not the product.

I have just got an email that said I would need to do an accredited INK course, and there are none at the moment
