I keep watching all these videos on Instagram of such a icy blonde and it really bugs me as I don’t no what toners they use does anyone no any super ashy blonde toners. I normally use L’Oréal 10.12 which I do love but the ones in these videos look so much nicer and go on lots of different levels Xx

They're probably using a ring light which cools the colours down loads. It looks great in photos and videos but you'll never really achieve those tones.
