Hi Guys!
Can anyone tell me if in the U.K. if you wanted to work in a hair salon and have a area/space to do manicures and pedicures, does the hair salon have to have a special license for the nail side of things and the nail tech ? Just a thought, I am in the U.K. for a whilst and I know a few salons, and with Christmas coming up I was wondering if I could approach a few with this idea ?

It depends if you are renting space or been employed by them
if you are renting space then YOU have to have public liability insurance, the hairdresser doesnt have to bother
if you are been employed by the hairdresser, then she/he would need employees insurance and YOU would still need public liability insurance as it is you that is performing the treatment hth
