Where have you heard about this machine? It's not one I have heard of but I would be a little sceptical of one which is battery powered!

Did a bit of a search on it, yes its a home device.:)

I am new to the site, so this is my first post. I have spent the last couple of hours reading all the posts, some great info exchanged.

I thought I would post about the Integra machine. I used this machine when I was training. It is a nice little starter machine, yes it could be used for home use - but there are two types of machines. One is rectangular, the other sort of roundish! The rectangular one is the one used at college(wont use the name - but well recognised place). We questioned the tutor at the time and she said it certainly isnt top of the range, but it could be used professionally at a very basic level and is used in some other colleges. It is a battery unit, but it must be left plugged into the mains all the time when not in use, only disconnected for treatment.

I bought a round one and used it for practice when doing my NVQ3 coursework. I do not do microcurrent as a Client treatment, but I know a Therapist who does and uses the Integra. Once of her most popular treatments is an eye treatment, she gets amazing results (wish I knew how!!):green:. She actually bought the machine with a view to using it for a few months until she could afford a better machine to do 'proper' treatments - she has chosen still to use the Integra.

thanks for the reply karmajules, i thought it might be a low gradish one but ok for 'just starting out' the treatments!
i reckon that using a simple machine like that makes you use your brain more than some of these very expensive machines that do the thinking for you!

Hi Honeymummy,

Yes the integra is ok for a start off machine (but public can buy them too), but to give a more proffessional lift, I use icon ultralift it is not expensive at all (you'd be surprised), and is only sold proffessionally.

ive heard about icon and they are not the best company to be working with. i have a friend that has just bought one of their machines and is very unhappy with it.

I would go for a body ultimate machine 08000 730430. thats what i use and have never been happier

hope this helps
