Is there a fix for large pores?

Hi Ladies, I just thought I would pop by here from my usual nail forum to ask for some advice...

Since my menopause my skin has changed quite noticeably, in particular my pores are larger which is really starting to bug me!

If I were to look for treatments to help this what would you recommend? There's a professional near me that does microplaning, would this work? Also, is there any maintenance I could be doing myself at home?
