Mineral cosmetics pioneer Jane Iredale was recently invited to the White House by President Barack Obama to participate in an event to help boost the job market in the United States.

The founder and CEO of Iredale Mineral Cosmetics, Ltd was part of a group of small business owners from across the country who heard how a new piece of legislation called The American Jobs Act aimed to create new opportunities for workers.

Afterwards Jane Iredale noted, “For seventeen years, reinvesting in our business has been critical in order to maximise the opportunities in the beauty industry at home and abroad. I feel a responsibility, especially now, to continue that investment both in our loyal employees and the people who partner with us in business. This is not the time to be faint-hearted.”
