I had to look up what you meant but they look easy enough!
Gel Polish or over extensions - simply mix your coloured gel with top coat to achieve a more sheer version of the colour (similar to when people use top coat to dilute black for sheer black designs that you would have seen, I'm sure)
I would use the above method over clear acrylic extensions but you could also sculpt them using a tinted monomer
