key performance indicators- number of bookings, number of new bookings?

Hi, just wondering how everyone evaluates how they're doing business-wise? when looking to weigh up how you're doing relative to last year, apart from year-on-year, what other performance indicators do you use? So far I'm thinking: number of bookings, average spend, number of new bookings. Can anyone add anything?Any I've missed?

All the things you mentioned plus re-bookings and word of mouth recommendations. If it is always just new clients and not return clients, there is obviously something amiss.
