L&P with gel over lay ? HELP

extremely new to nail tech and would be grateful for some advice.

I am going to have acrylic nails with tips put on today: as I dont usually have nails, but have a special occassion coming up.

I dont want gel as i dont want to have to file them off - prefer to soak and lessen the nail bed damage.

I am not experienced enough to be able to do my own nails – but I kind of resent paying someone else to do them J…so am going for the plainest nails as they are the cheapest !! I live in Sweden & a set of nails here with french tips is 80 quid !!!

So…..what I would like to do is – add glitter "smiles" to the nails but do them myself. ( otherwise I am looking at about 100 quid for a set)

but not sure of how to do it as have never combined ge l& acrylic myself...but have hear that you can

Can I mix the glitter with the normal clear brisa sculpting gel and then paint a smile onto the acrylic a like nail varnish ? Do i then put in the lamp for 2 mins & then do another clear layer of gel over both the acrylic & the painted on glitter? – do I use the paint on brisa clear to finish off ( the stuff in the bottle)..????

Can someone give me an idea of what the process of doing this should be????

I would paint over the tip with builder clear and then sprinkle glitter on, cure. Then paint over the whole nail with finishing clear and cure. Remember to both over the nail first. And that is very expensive, dont blame you with trying to do them yourself. Hope you get them sorted!

I would just paint a French using a Glitter polish or Colour & Effects from CND.

Simple, quick and easy to remove. You don't want it permanent so dont use anything permanent. Polish does a perfect thin job with a beautiful result that is long lasting on L&P.
