Lacquered Nails

Hello to all,
Has anyone heard of lacquered nails? I believe they are like acrylics but supposed to be much more durable. If you have, please let me know.
I believe the Vietnamese people do them and I've heard lots of people raving about them.

In all likelihood, they are simply L&P, standard Acrylic.
The NSS use the term "solar" nails to get away from the "A" word, they have likely grabbed onto the word Laquered.

The only Laquer I know is polish and not an enhancement.

ps: you should probably not use the term 'vietnamese' as it would be construed as racist.
