Larger than No. 1 nail tips - recommend where I can get them

Have had a few ladies in recently who's thumbs (and even middle fingers) are bigger than a NO. 1. Have done a search and can't find my answer. I can sculpt but say I'm doing a natural tips with brisa gel overlay..... I wouldn't be able to match it up!
any advice. I use velocity tips and they dont go bigger than No.1.
