Hello currently using apraise and finding clients are only going 4 weeks? Is this normal?

I think it depends on what clients are using to cleanse their face and remove their make up. I find that using oily cleansers such as Elemis Pro Collagen Cleanser or an eye make up remover for waterproof mascara seems to strip the colour faster. It might be worth checking with your clients as to their routines and see if there are common factors with those that don’t last.
